He is the founder and organizer of the North Texas Transplant Riders, a club for organ transplant recipients that happen to ride motorcycles as well (Kidney Transplant 2006). He lives in Carrollton, Texas with his wife Lucille, where he is an independent Oil & Gas producer through out Texas and Oklahoma.
